Two Bedrooms = $200.00/mo
Three Bedrooms = $220.00/mo (Single)

Rents at Eastman Terrace are approximately 30% of the gross income or the minimum rent, whichever is greater. Tenants must pay for their own heat, lights and water usage. Eastman Terrace is equipped with oil furnace. Tenant must furnish his/her own stove and refrigerator. Tenants are required to mow their own lawn, shovel their walks, and maintain their yards in a neat and clean condition. Trash removal is provided. Lease is month-to-month.
