Hevrin Terrace

Rents at Hevrin Terrace are 30% of gross income. There are maximum rents which currently are $357.00 for a two-bedroom apartment and $390.00 for a three-bedroom apartment. Maximum rents change yearly. The tenants must pay for heat (city gas), electricity and water. The tenant must furnish his/her own stove and refrigerator. Tenants are also required to mow their own lawn, shovel their walks, and maintain their yards in a neat and clean condition. Trash removal is provided. Lease is for 12 (twelve) months with a 30-day written notice required for the tenant to terminate the lease.
