1 Bedroom Double = $135/month

Father Honan Terrace contains 50 garden style apartments. Rents are based on 30% of gross income or the minimum rent, whichever is greater. Tenants must pay their own utilities (heat, lights and hot water). The apartments have electric heat. Stoves and refrigerators are furnished. There is a laundromat on the premises and garbage removal is provided. Lease is month-to-month.
