John Ashton Tower

John Ashton Tower is a high-rise building. Rents are based on 30% of gross income with no minimum rents. All units have one bedroom (There are two efficiency apartments in the Wilbur Cross Building). All regular utilities are included in the rent, however, if a tenant chooses to install an air conditioner an additional $5.00 per month will be charged year round. Apartments are furnished with stoves and refrigerators. Garbage removal is provided and there is a laundromat in each building. The lease is month-to-month and no security deposit is required.
