Terry Court

Rents at Terry Court are approximately 30% of the gross income or the minimum rent, whichever is greater. Tenants must pay for their own heat, lights and water usage. Terry Court is equipped with gas furnaces which use city gas. Tenant must furnish his/her own stove and refrigerator. Tenants are required to mow their own lawn, shovel their walks, and maintain their yards in a neat and clean condition. Trash removal is provided. Lease is month-to-month.

One Bedroom = $175.00 per month
Two Bedrooms = $200.00 per month
Three Bedrooms (Duplex) = $210.00 per month
Three Bedrooms (Single) = $220.00 per month
Four Bedrooms = $230.00 per month
