Wilbur Cross Apartments

The Wilbur Cross Apartments are in a high-rise building. Rents are based on 30% of gross income with no minimum rents. All units have one bedroom except for two efficiency apartments. All regular utilities are included in the rent, however, if a tenant chooses to install an air conditioner an additional $5.00 per month will be charged year round. Apartments are furnished with stoves and refrigerators. Garbage removal is provided and there is a laundromat in each building. The lease is month-to-month and no security deposit is required.
